In the 3rd quarter, the Group’s activities are in line with the recasting of offers carried out by Newtech. Turnover to 30 September 2006 was €13.02 M, that is a variation of -18.5% as compared with 30 September 2005 (-17.7% excluding the exchange rate effect), in keeping with the trend observed at the end of june.

In the Audiotel business, turnover in the 3rd quarter, at – 11%, benefited from the growth of BtoB (+27 % in Q3 06 vs Q3 05), with turnover of Services to Companies, at the end of September, reaching €1.6 M.

The turnover of the Mobility business, + 17% at the end of September, was temporarily impacted by the commissioning of the platform inter-connecting with the mobile telephone operators. The “connection” thus operational will enable Newtech to continue its development and strengthen its offering to its customers.

Confirmation of prospects


Newtech confirms that 2006 will be a year of transition, concentrating on reorganizing the offering and giving priority to profitability.
Development of the business will be marked by further announcements and a return to profitability from the month of June is confirmed.

Thus 2006 should be a year of investing in profitability in order to prepare for a robust rebound in 2007.
