In a market crowded with services providing information on companies, Infobilan is counting on standing out by offering customized information on-line.

The brand has been on the Internet since 2001, in addition to its original Minitel version.

The new service, available for a week now, lets users submit legal questions to specialists and obtain answers by email or telephone.
Payment is per question and costs 50 euros including VAT. For this service, the company is using a service provider - whose name it does not wish to give - with a panel of legal experts, each with their own specialist area.
This initiative enables Infobilan, therefore, to create loyalty in its customer base, traditionally less specialist than that of its competitors.
The service targets tradesmen and other individual companies.
Infobilan also wants to strengthen its offering by offering busy company bosses all the information they are looking for.
After legal information, the company intends extending its content in the first quarter of 2007, still using a service provider.
In January it will sell offerings grouped around specific topics, bringing together Infobilan's resources on the subject and giving access to chat with an expert.
With sufficiently wide content, the site intends offering a subscription formula, along with payment per transaction.

In order to publicize its new service, Infobilan intends launching an advertising campaign via sponsored links and links from partner sites, before perhaps running a campaign in the specialist printed press in January.
The company also wants to broadcast its service on an affiliate basis.
To this end, it will be in negotiation with several sites, and has already signed an agreement with Décideur.com.
Infobilan, which claims 65,000 individual visitors per month with over one million pages viewed says that as yet, it does not have any costed objectives.
